Early intervention consultations that offer the opportunity to manage minor issues before they become major costly concerns.
Non-Work related issues require a simple solution.
Consultation by Physical Therapy may identify early symptoms that can be corrected by early intervention/preventative means with treatment and resolve of these symptoms expect in a short term intervention of 1-3 visits. Early Intervention Consulting/Prevention Care Services are not deemed a significant medical benefit that would require a more extensive plan of care, goals and/or healing recovery.
OSHA First Aid Visit
Optimum Therapies maximizes early assessment, education, and monitoring of the patients recovery by the medical professional. Early intervention and communication fosters a culture where the employee is valued and respected by the employer. Both win!
Work Comp Rehabilitation
It is Optimum Therapies goal of 100% return to work for every injured employee.
Losing track of your employee’s recovery?
Optimum is going to reach out and request all essential job demands for your worker. We use national recognized software that objectively measures your employee’s recovery for return to work. Weekly reports are sent to the physician, caseworker, and designated key contact within your company.
On-site Ergonomic Services
Optimum Therapies staffs an Office and Industrial Ergonomic Specialist. Their goal is to maximize ergonomic design or make work easier. In the absence of essential job demands, the ergonomist will perform a job demands analysis to best match the worker with the demand.
Our Education/Safety Programs are designed to prevent the risk of work related injuries. Our Therapists provide education in proper body mechanics (lifting, pulling, pushing), and team with Supervisors to promote stretching programs that are designed specific to your workforce needs.
Post Offer Employment Testing (POET)
Determine a Candidates ability to perform essential job requirements.
