Well I did it again, made it to graduation day. One in January 2021 and now February of 2022. Both knees in good shape. I have had the best of the best PT people here at Optimum Therapies. They have made me well again especially Anna V. my wonderful coach. Thank everyone here your all great to be with thru these days. Thanks.

I received a concussion from a wrestling practice and missed over two months of school. Now I am back in school and almost have all of my strength back.

I came to Optimum Therapies with a low back injury after being referred by my chiropractor. My medical doctor said I may need surgery, so I had A LOT of anxiety at my first appointment with Marley. She gave me reassurances that I wouldn't need surgery and confidently told me "I can fix this." I believed her. Marley is an amazing Physical Therapist. Her personality adds so much more to the whole experience. I didn't know what to expect when I started PT, but I ended up looking forward to each appointment. I am nearly 100% and just need to continue strengthening on my own and keeping the good habits that she taught me. I am forever grateful to Marley and the entire staff. I came in a stranger and left with a group of new friends. As far as I'm concerned, Optimum Therapies is the only place to go.

I thought every physical therapy was the same. However, my experience at Optimum Therapies was beyond what I expected. Andrea was amazing and coached and explained all of my exercises in depth so I had time to learn and understand every movement. I would refer all of my friends and family to Optimum Therapies for any PT needs. It was a great experience during my recovery. I greatly appreciate the patience, kindness and the amazing staff.

My story starts in September of 2021, I was walking down the stairs and missed the last step falling and dislocating my knee. This put a huge damper on things for me. Being a single mom to an almost 1 year old, I was not able to play on the floor with him because it was very hard for me to get back up. I was not able to pick him up without being in pain. After meeting with the Orthopedic Surgeon, it was recommended that I do 4 months of Physical Therapy. I reached out to Optimum Therapies in hopes that they could get me to the point that I was able to play and hold my little guy again. I started working with Marley, and instantly I felt like I had a connection and she was going to get me to the point I needed and wanted to be at. I went to Marley 2 times a week, then eventually got to once a week. Marley helped me learn things about my leg as well as stretches/ exercises that I didn’t know was even possible for my body to do. By the time I got to my 4 month check up with the surgeon I was confident that I would not have to get surgery. That was not the case I was told my knee was still unstable and moved in and out of place to easily. They talked about doing a major surgery, I begged for the chance to do a few more months of PT. I was granted 4 more months and if no change we would move forward with the surgery. I went back to Optimum and told Marley that surgery was NOT an option. We worked hard and got to the point where I was able to pull myself up into a saddle to ride my horse, pick up my son, and even play on the floor with him again. It’s crazy to think that just 8 months ago I was on crutches and barely able to walk. to now being able to do all of these things I love again. Today was a bittersweet moment as it was my last visit with Marley. I cannot say enough good things about my time and the services I was provided while being a patient at Optimum. I will 100% recommend Optimum Therapies to anyone in need. Thank you, Marley, and Optimum for helping me get to the point I am at now I could not have done it without you!!

Following surgery I felt I could be better and was referred for PT. I had heard about Marley and chose to work with her. Marley has a gentle but effective touch, she targeted my problem areas, recommend a reasonable set of exercises and I am so much better! Marley is kind, compassionate, relatable, intelligent and a good person to boot. I would recommend Marley to others.

I started physical therapy with Andrea when I had an injury to my back. I am very active and want to continue my life being active. Andrea showed me ways to modify my workouts and strengthen my injury. I loved the convenience of the Barron location. It was very proximal to work. I will definitely be telling others about Optimum Therapies!

I had terrible vertigo that was making it hard for me to sleep and drive. After a couple visits to Marley I feel like I got my life back. I no longer get sick driving & I sleep great.

I contacted Marley for my vertigo around Valentine's Day. She went above & beyond to help me. She noticed that my eyes had some issues that warranted me to see an eye specialist. I found out that I needed prism in my lens prescription. Marley gave me exercises to do at home for vertigo & a month later I am feeling great! Thank you so much!

I committed to working through my muscle pain from both hip surgeries and a back fusion. The staff at Optimum in Menomonie did not give up, but continued to work with me for four months. Each week we partnered to bring about more relief and greater strength. Now I feel more core strength and am able to get in & out of the car and dress with no pain. I’ll continue to work from home, knowing that I can call or email the staff for any questions or concerns I may have and they will take the time to respond to my needs.
