Patient Care Coordinator-Full Time

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first person that our patients will work with and will be an integral part of the team in creating and maintaining these relationships. What does a typical day look like?
-Daily communication and interaction in a professional manner with our patients providing them a positive experience
-Scheduling, checking in and accepting payment from patients while handling incoming calls from physician offices and patients
-Assisting with patient room changes
-Working as a team that shows respect and support for each other
This position will be between 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with no weekend hours. A benefit package is associated with this position that includes a Health Reimbursement Account, life and long term disability insurance, a retirement plan, paid leave and holidays.

Personal Trainer-Part Time
Are you looking for a position where you can work with a great group of professionals and provide great customer service to our patients and clients? Optimum Therapies of North Dakota currently has an opening for a Personal Trainer. We are a private practice dedicated to improving the lives of our patients one movement at a time.
The Personal Trainer that we are seeking is professional, compassionate, listening to and meeting the needs of our customers, and certified as a Personal Trainer. We utilize Pilates within our practice and would like for this person to have experience in Pilates or open to becoming trained in it. We focus on collaboration and mentorship from your fellow team members that will inspire you to be your best. Working to achieve goals of fitness as a lifestyle through personal training and Pilates for our customers will be your passion.

The hours per week would range between 10-20 with the potential to increase as clientele is developed. Clientele would be a mix of former physical therapy patients and new individuals from the community looking for quality personal training.

Job Shadowing
We allow students with an interest in the physical therapy field to visit for a few hours, experience what a career in Physical Therapy entails, identify the skills necessary and to ask questions. This experience allows students to spend one-on-one time with a therapist and interact with patients.
