I would highly recommend Optimum Therapies and especially PT Kate Todd now in the Halli office. She provided sustaining therapies for me which allowed for a six year reprieve from shoulder surgery. And now, after replacement surgery, Kate has once again helped me to recover strength and movement. She and all of the Optimum staff are kind, understanding, and always seek the best for me. My other shoulder is being replaced this week so "I'll be back" in a couple of weeks. Thanks to Kate and Jody for their care and support in this journey of healing.
I had an excellent experience with Optimum Therapies! They worked with me through two, almost back-to-back massive shoulder repairs of the same shoulder. Drew and Sally were extremely knowledgeable and really helped me to understand the process of getting back my strength and mobility. After a couple of tries at PT at a different facility where I felt rushed and not heard, I decided to try Optimum. These folks are the best. They listen and really tailor your therapy to fit what you hope to achieve. I am working with Drew and John and they are both really personable and easy to talk to. For the first time I feel as though I have a voice in my therapy program. Highly recommend!
