"In-Network" Insurance Carrier

We accept all clients and will submit claims to your insurance carrier.  If your plan has different coverage for in-network versus out-of-network providers you may want to check with your specific plan for coverage benefits.

The list below is a general list of insurance carriers that we are contracted with as in-network for some of their plans.  If you have concerns as to whether we are in-network under your plan, contact your insurance provider.  After your initial visit we may verify your insurance coverage but do not guarantee "in-network" plan coverage
