"I felt that that he and I had a bond where I could complain
about my pain & life and he would listen. And he did.
I looked forward to my visits because as much as I complained
about not understanding how the techniques were going to work;
amazingly they did. I had another relapse a year later
with my doctor asking me to start physical therapy at his clinic
and I told him NO!!! I'm going to Optimum Therapies. I'm
doing well and the exercises that he taught me bring relief to
my body and help me stay in shape. I have a very busy
schedule lately due to working more but I would not be working
more if it wasn't for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his

4/08 "Within two
appointment I was relieved of hip pain that I had complained to my
Dr. for four years. The Dr. kept giving me medications. I believe doctors
need to be made more aware that Physical Therapy can make a
